Dr. Blouw values your time and does her best to ensure your appointment starts at the scheduled time.

For the comfort of all of our patients, please do not wear scented products to your appointment.

We request that all cell phones be turned off while in the medical clinic.

Cancelation Policy

As demand for her expertise is high and time to see patients is limited, we ask you to please provide at least 3 working days notice if you cannot make your appointment, or there will be a $100 cancellation charge.
